Conditions such as Alzheimer's Disease, cancer and heart disease have been linked to oxidative cell damage caused by free radicals, a by-product of normal metabolism. Antioxidants can help prevent this damage and blueberries lead other fruits and vegetables in antioxidant capacity.

The
American Institute of Baking conducted their annual food safety
survey at Wyman's' facilities in 2007. Based on the observations
made, the information obtained and the criteria set forth in the A.I.B. Consolidated Standards for Food Safety, the overall food
safety level of the Wyman's facilities were found to have
fulfilled the requirements of the Department of Food
Safety/Hygiene earning them the A.I.B.'s highest rating of
SUPERIOR in USA and Canada.
