1 cupWyman’s Wild Blueberries, Strawberries, and Banana Slices Blend
1 cupalmond milk
1 teaspoonground flaxseed
1⁄2 teaspoonFresh lemon juice
1 1⁄2 tablespoonhoney
1⁄2 teaspoonfinely grated fresh ginger (Optional )
Pour all ingredients into a blender, cover and blend until smooth.
