Recipes: Blueberry Ice Cream Smoothie (blended non-alcoholic)

1 cup Wyman's Wild Blueberry Juice
1 cup vanilla ice cream
Mint leaves, for garnish

Mix and blend in blender with 1/2 cup crushed ice. Serve in tall glass and garnish with mint leaves. Makes 1 serving.
