Recipes; Acadia Trail Smoothie

1 cup Wyman's Frozen Red Raspberries
1 cup apple juice
6-8 oz. plain or vanilla yogurt
1 1/2 Tbsp. honey

Pour ingredients into blender. If desired, add oats or other ingredients. Cover and blend until smooth.
