Recipe by Charlotte Martin MS, RDN, CPT for Wyman's
Yield: 4 servings
- 1 cup steel cut oats
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 2 cups water
- ¼ cup Wyman's Wild Blueberry Powder
- 2 Tbsp ground flaxseed
- 2 Tbsp pure maple syrup or honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp salt
- Place all the ingredients except for the toppings in the bottom of a slow cooker and stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or on high for 4 hours. Enjoy warm with toppings.
