Freeze Time: 8 hours
Yield: 5 popsicles
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 packet Wyman’s Wild Blueberry Puree (220g)
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (2% or whole milk recommended)
Directions:
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the lemon juice and sugar until the sugar is mostly dissolved.
- Add the Wyman’s Wild Blueberry Puree and Greek yogurt. Whisk until smooth and fully combined.
- Pour the mixture evenly into 5 popsicle molds.
- Freeze for 8 hours, or until fully set. Enjoy!
