How do I earn points?
Points can be earned in many ways. We have set points for creating an account, joining our newsletter, having a birthday, referring your friends, and following us on our social accounts.
For purchases, you'll start with 3 points per dollar spent. As you move up the tiers, you earn more points per dollar. Points earned through purchase are based on order subtotal and are also subject to a 14-day approval period.
How do I view my point balance?
You can find your points displayed on this page once you’ve signed in, or in your customer account.
How do I redeem my points for rewards?
The rewards available to you are displayed on this page once you’ve logged in. Click the “Get Reward” button when you’ve collected enough points and a coupon code will be displayed. If you happen to miss it, it will also be available on your account summary on this page as well.
How do referrals work?
You can send your friends and family a referral link that includes a $15 discount to use on their order over $100. Once they place an order, you'll earn points subject to a 14-day approval period. Discount codes are valid for first time customers only.
How do the tiers work?
The tiers are based on the number of points you’ve accumulated in the past 12 months. The higher your tier, the more points you can earn with each purchase.
When you start the program, you will automatically start at the Bronze level. Reach 2000 points and you'll be moved up to Silver. The Silver tier is the highest you can reach without an active subscription. The Gold tier is only available to customers with an active, recurring subscription of Wyman’s products.
I've already completed an activity that earns points before I joined the program. Can I still get points?
If you've already completed an activity that earns points before you joined our rewards program, please reach out and we can award points to you. This applies to the following activities: Following on Instagram, Liking on Facebook, and Joining Mailing List. This does not apply to prior purchases or birthdays.
Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?
There is no limit - the more you buy and share, the more points you earn. Just remember that your points will expire 1 year after your most recent purchase.
What do the “approved,” “pending,” and “canceled” statuses mean?
Approved: These are points you’ve earned that can be redeemed for rewards immediately.
Pending: These points just need to be verified before you can redeem them. This applies to purchases and referrals. These points will be approved 14 days after a purchase or referral.
Canceled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel an order before pending points are approved.
I completed an activity, but I didn’t earn any points.
It can take a few minutes for us to process your activity and approve your points. If it’s been more than 14 days, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I use my points during checkout?
You must redeem your points for a coupon code first, which can then be applied during checkout. You can redeem your points on this page once you’ve logged in.
How do I leave the program?
If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us at email@example.com and ask to be removed from the program. In doing so, you will lose any points you have accrued.
If I leave, can I join again?
Yes, you can join again by simply clicking “Join Now” on this page. However, your point total will begin at zero.
How can I share my referral URL?
You can share your URL how you see fit, with the exception of commercial coupon sites.
If I redeem a reward and then return that purchase, do I get my reward/points back?
Once your points have been used, they cannot be re-issued.
