Yield: 1 serving
Ingredients:
- 1 heaping cup frozen Wyman’s Triple Berry
- 1 cup milk of choice

1-2 teaspoons honey
Optional add-ins:
- 2 tablespoons plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
- Small handful baby spinach
Directions:
- Place all the ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
- If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash more milk and blend again. If it's too thin, add extra frozen Triple Berry or a dollop of Greek yogurt and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately. Enjoy!
