Easy Triple Berry Smoothie

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Yield: 1 serving

Ingredients:

Optional add-ins:

  • 2 tablespoons plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Small handful baby spinach

Directions:

  1. Place all the ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
  2. If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash more milk and blend again. If it's too thin, add extra frozen Triple Berry or a dollop of Greek yogurt and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into a glass and serve immediately. Enjoy!
