Mango Lime Cashew Crema

This crema is easy to make and adds a delicious burst of flavor on tacos, toast or any kind of grilled protein.

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup Wyman's Frozen Mango Chunks
  • ¼ cup cashew butter
  • 1 lime, zested and juiced (3 tbsp lime juice + 2 tsp lime zest)
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • 1 tbsp water

Directions:

Zest and juice one lime. Add lime zest and juice to a blender with Wyman's frozen mango, sea salt, and water. Blend until smooth. Add in the cashew butter and blend until evenly incorporated. Add 1-2 extra tablespoons of water depending on desired consistency.

Recipe makes about ¾ cup of cream and can be stored in the fridge for up to 5 days in an air-tight container.
