- 1 cup frozen Wyman’s Banana Berry
- 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1/4 cup pepitas, toasted
- 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 1/4 teaspoons ground cinnamon, divided
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, or whole milk
- 2 teaspoons cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon agave syrup, or sweetener of choice (optional)
- Pinch cayenne pepper, to taste
- 1 (3.17-ounce) bar dark chocolate, shaved
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- Preheat oven to 300°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl, add oats, pepitas, coconut, honey, 1 teaspoon cinnamon and vanilla, and toss to combine.
- Spread mixture into an even layer on prepared baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes, or until golden-brown, stirring every 10 minutes. Remove from oven and set aside to cool.
- In a blender, combine Banana Berry, milk, cocoa powder, agave, remaining cinnamon and cayenne. Blend, scraping down the sides as needed, until smooth, about 1 minute. Spoon mixture into serving bowl and top with oat mixture, chocolate and strawberries.
