1/2 teaspoon agave syrup, or sweetener of choice (optional)
Pinch cayenne pepper, to taste
1 (3.17-ounce) bar dark chocolate, shaved
1 cup strawberries, sliced
Preheat oven to 300°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl, add oats, pepitas, coconut, honey, 1 teaspoon cinnamon and vanilla, and toss to combine.
Spread mixture into an even layer on prepared baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes, or until golden-brown, stirring every 10 minutes. Remove from oven and set aside to cool.
In a blender, combine Banana Berry, milk, cocoa powder, agave, remaining cinnamon and cayenne. Blend, scraping down the sides as needed, until smooth, about 1 minute. Spoon mixture into serving bowl and top with oat mixture, chocolate and strawberries.
