Yield: 14-16 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 cup frozen Wyman’s Banana Berry
- 1 1/2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons nut butter of choice
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut, divided
Directions:
- Add the frozen fruit, oats, nut butter, maple syrup, salt and 1/4 cup of coconut to a foodprocessor and process until combined and mixture comes together like a dough.
- Form into balls and roll in the remaining 1/4 cup coconut.
