No-Bake Banana Berry Energy Balls

Yield: 14-16 servings

Ingredients:

●  1 cup frozen Wyman’s Banana Berry
●  1 1/2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
●  2 tablespoons nut butter of choice
●  1 tablespoon maple syrup
●  1/4 teaspoon salt

●  1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut, divided

Directions:

  1. Add the frozen fruit, oats, nut butter, maple syrup, salt and 1/4 cup of coconut to a food processor and process until combined and mixture comes together like a dough.

  2. Form into balls and roll in the remaining 1/4 cup coconut.
