No-Bake Banana Berry Energy Balls

Yield: 14-16 servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen Wyman’s Banana Berry
  • 1 1/2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons nut butter of choice
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut, divided

Directions:

  1. Add the frozen fruit, oats, nut butter, maple syrup, salt and 1/4 cup of coconut to a foodprocessor and process until combined and mixture comes together like a dough.
  2. Form into balls and roll in the remaining 1/4 cup coconut.
