- 3 large bananas, sliced and frozen
- 1 cup Wyman's Frozen Wild Blueberries
- Heaping ¼ cup dairy-free or regular cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- ½ Tbsp vanilla
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. You may need to stop and scrape the sides with a rubber spatula several times. If too thick, add a splash of milk (nut, oat, coconut, or regular)
- Texture will be very soft. You can serve immediately, or pour into a parchment-lined bread pan, cover, and freeze until firm to your liking.
