Simple Wild Blueberry Smoothie

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Yield: 1 serving

Ingredients:

Optional add-ins:

  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds
  • 1-2 teaspoons pure maple syrup
  • Dash of cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Place all the ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
  2. If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash more milk and blend again. If it's too thin, add extra frozen blueberries or a bit more Greek yogurt and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into a glass and serve immediately. Enjoy!
