Yield: 1 serving
Ingredients:
- 1 heaping cup frozen Wyman’s Wild Blueberries
- ¾ cup milk of choice

¼ cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
Optional add-ins:
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 2 teaspoons chia seeds
- 1-2 teaspoons pure maple syrup
- Dash of cinnamon
Directions:
- Place all the ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
- If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash more milk and blend again. If it's too thin, add extra frozen blueberries or a bit more Greek yogurt and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately. Enjoy!
