Wild Blueberry Almond Overnight Oats

Prep Time: 5 minutes 

Chill Time: 8 hours 

Yield:  2 servings 

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup frozen Wyman’s Wild Blueberries 
  • ¾ cup old fashioned oats 
  • ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk 
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter 
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup 
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract 
  • Pinch of cinnamon 
  • Sliced almonds, for serving (optional) 

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients, except the sliced almonds, in a jar. Stir with a spoon or cover and shake until well combined. Refrigerate, covered, overnight. 
  2. To serve, give the oats a quick stir, and top with sliced almonds and more Wyman’s Wild Blueberries (optional).
