Yield: 2 servings
Ingredients:
- ½ cup frozen Wyman’s Wild Blueberries
- ¾ cup old fashioned oats
- ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tablespoons almond butter
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Sliced almonds, for serving (optional)
Directions:
- Place all ingredients, except the sliced almonds, in a jar. Stir with a spoon or cover and shake until well combined. Refrigerate, covered, overnight.
- To serve, give the oats a quick stir, and top with sliced almonds and more Wyman’s Wild Blueberries (optional).
