Serves 2
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Wyman’s Wild Frozen Blueberries
- 1 1/2 cups milk of choice
- 1/4 cup oats (quick or rolled)
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 2 tbsp honey, or sweetener of choice - optional
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions:
- Combine all the above ingredients in a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth.
- Drink immediately!
Cottage cheese adds a wonderful creaminess to smoothies, in addition to providing a healthy dose of protein. It is also packed with many nutrients, such as B vitamins, phosphorous, selenium, and calcium. This smoothie would make for a great post workout snack!
