Prep Time: 10 minutes
Freeze Time: 2-4 hours
Yield: 12 bites
- Line a 12-cup mini muffin pan with paper liners. Set aside.
- In a small bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt and frozen Wyman’s Wild Blueberries.
- Sprinkle a thin layer of Grandy Organics Original Coconola in the bottom of each mini muffin cup. Divide the yogurt mixture among the cups, putting around 1 tablespoon in each. Top with additional frozen Wyman’s Wild Blueberries and Grandy Organics Original Coconola as desired.
- Freeze for 2-4 hours, until set. Remove from the freezer and allow to sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before serving.
