Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Lowfat Blueberry Kefir *or you can use our Low fat Plain Kefir (or any of our other kefir varieties)
- 1/3 cup no sugar added orange juice
- 1 1/2 cups Wyman's frozen wild blueberries
- 3/4 cup frozen banana slices (about 1 small banana)
- 2 tsp. flax seeds
- 2 tsp. chia seeds
- Garnishes: Wyman's wild blueberries and frozen mint leaves
Directions
- Add Lifeway Kefir and the orange juice to a blender followed by Wyman's wild blueberries, the frozen banana slices, and the flax and chia seeds. Blend until thick and creamy.
- Pour the smoothie into 1-2 glasses and garnish with extra Wyman's wild blueberries and fresh mint leaves. Sip and enjoy!
