Wild Blueberry Kefir Smoothie

Directions

  1. Add Lifeway Kefir and the orange juice to a blender followed by Wyman's wild blueberries, the frozen banana slices, and the flax and chia seeds. Blend until thick and creamy.
  2. Pour the smoothie into 1-2 glasses and garnish with extra Wyman's wild blueberries and fresh mint leaves. Sip and enjoy!
