Wild Blueberry Peanut Butter Pinwheel Sandwich

Yield:  1 pinwheel sandwich

Step-By-Step Instructions:

  1. Place the tortilla on a large cutting board. Spread the peanut butter on the tortilla, leaving a ½” border around the edge. Evenly sprinkle the blueberries over the peanut butter.
  2. Tightly roll up the tortilla. Using a sharp knife, slice the tortilla into pinwheel sandwiches.
