- 4 cups frozen Wyman’s Wild Blueberries
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/3 cup water
- Fresh mint leaves, for garnish
- Add the wild blueberries, honey, lemon zest, lemon juice and water to a blender or food processor and blend for 2 minutes, or until smooth.
- Transfer to a freezer-safe container and freeze for 4 hours.
- Serve in bowls and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
