Wild Blueberry Yogurt Bagels

Yields: 6
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup frozen Wyman’s Wild Blueberries
  • 2 cups self-rising flour, plus more for kneading
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • Cream cheese, for serving
Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly coat with cooking spray. In a large bowl, mix flour, yogurt and salt together until dough forms. With lightly floured hands, knead dough in bowl until smooth, about 3 minutes. Gently mix Wild Blueberries into dough until combined.
  2. Divide dough evenly into 6 balls. Roll each ball into 5-inch-long logs, connecting the ends to form 3-inch bagels. Place bagels on prepared baking sheet. Brush with egg.
  3. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until golden-brown. Allow to cool at room temperature.
  4. Cut bagels in half and toast. Serve with cream cheese.
