Sweepstakes Period, Eligibility, & How to Enter
1. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Wyman’s Snap & Win Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins on July 1, 2025 at 8 a.m. ET and ends on August 31, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. ET. This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Jasper Wyman & Son, Inc., 280 Maine Street, Milbridge, ME 04658 (“Sponsor”).
2. ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who are legal U.S. residents, at least 18 years of age or older. Employees, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor or its affiliates, along with their respective agents and representatives, and any entity which is involved in any aspect of the execution of the Sweepstakes and their respective employees, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, and representatives are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Subject to all applicable laws. Void where prohibited. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and all decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.
3. HOW TO ENTER: Visit the Wyman’s Bee Wild Mobile at The Depot Pavilion + Concessions at Thompson’s Point, located at 207 Thompson Points Road, Portland, Maine between 4pm and 8pm during the Sweepstakes Period and take a photo of yourself and the Bee Wild Mobile vehicle at the Wyman’s display. Once you’ve taken your photo, either access the QR Code available at the Wyman’s display for instructions on how to enter OR post your photo on your Instagram account with the hashtags #WymansSweepstakes and #LiveFruitfully, and follow and tag @wymansfruit. After completing these steps by posting your photo, you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Each entry must contain a different photo. Photos may be posted by Sponsor on its websites and/or social media accounts. Limit one entry per person/Instagram account/mailing address per week (Monday through Sunday) during the Sweepstakes Period.
4. ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS OF ENTRY AND SUBMISSIONS. You will need to have your own individual Instagram account. If you don’t already have an Instagram account, download the Instagram app on your mobile device and follow the directions to create an account; creating an Instagram account is free. Please note that you must agree to comply with the Instagram terms (http://instagram.com/about/legal/terms/#) to create an account. When posting on Instagram using a mobile device, message and data rates may apply. Consult your service provider’s plan prior to entering via mobile device. Your Instagram account must be personal and publicly viewable. Any photo which Sponsor, in its sole opinion, deems to be inappropriate for publication or inclusion in the Sweepstakes will not be considered or displayed and the corresponding entrant will be disqualified. Photos cannot, in the opinion of Sponsor: (i) be sexually explicit or suggestive, unnecessarily violent or derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, professional or age group, profane or pornographic, contain nudity or any materially dangerous activity; (ii) promote alcohol, illegal drugs, firearms/weapons or activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous; (iii) be obscene or offensive, endorse any form of hate or hate group; (iv) defame, misrepresent or contain disparaging remarks about Sponsor or its products, or other people, products or companies; (v) contain trademarks, logos or trade dress owned by others (except those owned by Sponsor or on the vehicle), without permission; or (vi) otherwise communicate messages or images inconsistent with the positive images and/or goodwill to which Sponsor wishes to associate. By submitting any photo, you represent and warrant that: (i) you are the creator of the photo or have express permission from the photographer to submit the photo as an entry in the Sweepstakes; (ii) you are the owner of the photo; (iii) you own or otherwise have all rights to submit the photo as an entry in the Sweepstakes and transfer or license such rights to Sponsor; (iv) you have permission of all other persons depicted in the photo to submit the photo as an entry in the Sweepstakes, (iv) publication of the photo will not infringe on the rights of any third party.

Winner Selection, Prize, & General Conditions
5. WINNER SELECTION/VALIDATION: There will be nine (9) weekly drawings throughout the Sweepstakes Period and one (1) Grand Prize drawing at the end of the Sweepstakes Period. Weekly Drawings will be conducted from among all eligible entries submitted by 11:59 p.m. each Sunday during the Sweepstakes Period (July 6, July 13, July 20, July 27, August 3, August 10, August 17, August 24 and August 27). Non-winners in each Weekly Drawing are eligible for all subsequent Weekly Drawings and for the Grand Prize Drawing. The Grand Prize Drawing will be held promptly at the end of the Sweepstakes Period from among all eligible entries submitted during the Sweepstakes Period. There is a limit of one Weekly Prize per person; however, a Weekly Prize Winner is eligible to win the Grand Prize. Potential winners will be notified by Sponsor approximately 5 days after selection through Instagram direct message. Be sure that your Instagram notification settings are set to public. Sponsor is not responsible for any prize notifications that are not received or not responded to. Winning a prize is subject to validation. Potential winners must respond to the prize notification within 5 days and may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and prize/publicity release when requested. If a potential winner fails to respond when requested, is found to be ineligible, sweepstakes-related correspondence is returned as undeliverable, or otherwise does not comply with these Official Rules, potential winner may be disqualified without notification and an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s discretion.
6. PRIZES/ODDS: One (1) Grand Prize: A cooler of fruit, consisting of a Wyman’s-branded cooler and coupons for $200 worth of Wyman’s products. Coupons must be redeemed for Wyman’s products at authorized retailers during the dates identified on the coupons. Failure to redeem any coupons in full by their expiration date will result in forfeiture. (Approximate retail value of Grand Prize: [$450) Nine (9) Weekly Prizes: One Weekly Prize Winner will be selected each week during the Sweepstakes Period for a total of nine (9) Weekly Prize Winners. Each Weekly Prize will consist of Wyman’s-branded items, such as t-shirts, tumblers, product-redemption coupons, as selected and determined by Sponsor. No substitutions or transfers of prizes. Taxes and any other expenses not listed above are the sole responsibility of winners. Allow 6-8 weeks after validation for receipt of prize. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. Odds of winning a Weekly Prize depend upon number of eligible entries received by each Sunday during the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
7. GENERAL CONDITIONS/RELEASE/INDEMNIFICATION: By participating in this Sweepstakes and/or by accepting any prize that you may be awarded, you agree (i) to be bound by these Official Rules and all decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding on all aspects of the Sweepstakes.(ii) that Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising agencies and prize suppliers, and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees, and Meta and Instagram (the “Releasees”) shall not be liable for any and all actions, claims, including any third-party claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, arising from or relating to this Sweepstakes, including entry and participation in this Sweepstakes, or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize; (iii) to fully indemnify Releasees from any and all such claims by third parties without limitation; (iv) Sponsor and its agents may use your name, voice, likeness, biographical data, city and state of residence and entry materials in programming or promotional material, worldwide in perpetuity, or on a winner's list, if applicable, without further compensation unless prohibited by law. The Releasees shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, stolen, misdirected, postage-due, incomplete, unreadable, inaccurate, garbled or unintelligible entries, communications or submissions, regardless of the method of transmission; (ii) telephone system, telephone or computer hardware, software or other technical or computer malfunctions, lost connections, disconnections, delays or transmission errors; (iii) data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of entry or other materials; (iv) any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by your participation in this Sweepstakes or resulting from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize; (v) any printing, typographical, administrative or technological errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes; and (vii) any postponement or cancellation of the Conference. Should a virus, bug, computer or electronic problem, unauthorized intervention or any other causes beyond Sponsor's control, corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify, cancel, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes in its entirety or any affected portion thereof, and select winner from among entries unaffected by the problem. Only the type and quantity of prizes described in these Official Rules will be awarded. This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.

By participating in this Sweepstakes, you hereby agree to Sponsor’s collection and usage of your personal information and acknowledge that you have read and accepted the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
9. DISPUTES: Any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, and not as a participant in any class action, and exclusively in federal or state court in Washington County, Maine. Any such litigation, and these Official Rules, shall be subject to the laws of Maine, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflicts of law.
