3-Ingredient Strawberry Smoothie

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Yield: 1 serving

Ingredients:

Optional Add-Ins:

  • 2 tablespoons old fashioned oats
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1-2 teaspoons honey

Directions:

  1. Place all the ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
  2. If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash more milk and blend again. If it's too thin, add a few extra frozen strawberries or a bit more banana and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into a glass and serve immediately. Enjoy!
