Yield: 1 serving
Ingredients:
- 1 heaping cup frozen Wyman’s Strawberries
- 1 cup milk of choice
- ½ ripe banana
Optional Add-Ins:
- 2 tablespoons old fashioned oats
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1-2 teaspoons honey
Directions:
- Place all the ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
- If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash more milk and blend again. If it's too thin, add a few extra frozen strawberries or a bit more banana and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately. Enjoy!
