Recipe by Kit Broihier, MS, RD, LD for Wyman’s
Yield: 1 smoothie (about 1 ¼ cups)
- ¾ cup unsweetened milk of choice
- 1 Tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 ½ teaspoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1 cup Wyman’s Cherry Berry & Kale blend
- Garnish with mini chocolate chips or chopped chocolate, if desired
- Add ingredients to a high-speed blender in the order listed.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
