Mango Berry Chia Pudding

Yield: 4 servings
Ingredients:
  • 3 cups frozen Wyman’s Mango Berry, plus extra for serving
  • 2 cups milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Granola, for serving
Directions:
  1. Add the 3 cups frozen fruit and milk to a food processor or blender and puree until smooth. Transfer mixture to a medium bowl.
  2. Add the chia seeds, honey and vanilla extract, and mix to combine. Divide between serving bowls or jars. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  3. Top chia pudding with granola and frozen fruit. Serve immediately.
