- 3 cups frozen Wyman’s Mango Berry, plus extra for serving
- 2 cups milk of choice
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Granola, for serving
- Add the 3 cups frozen fruit and milk to a food processor or blender and puree until smooth. Transfer mixture to a medium bowl.
- Add the chia seeds, honey and vanilla extract, and mix to combine. Divide between serving bowls or jars. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Top chia pudding with granola and frozen fruit. Serve immediately.
