Wild Blueberry Almond Energy Bites

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Yield: 14 bites

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup Wyman’s Whole Dried Wild Blueberries
  • 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • ½ cup almond butter
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed meal
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ⅛ teaspoon cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Stir all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl until combined.
  2. Roll into 1-inch balls and place in an airtight container. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until chilled.
  3. Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
