Yield: about 3 cups
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups frozen Wyman’s Wild Blueberries
- 6-7 medium apples, peeled, cored, and sliced
- 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
Directions:
- Place the apples and blueberries in a crockpot. Add the maple syrup, lemon juice, and cinnamon. Gently stir to combine.
- Cook on low for 6 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Using an immersion blender, blend until your desired consistency. Serve warm or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
