Crockpot Wild Blueberry Applesauce

Prep Time: 15 minutes 

Cook Time: 6 hours 

Yield: about 3 cups 

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups frozen Wyman’s Wild Blueberries 
  • 6-7 medium apples, peeled, cored, and sliced 
  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup 
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice 
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon 

Directions:

  1. Place the apples and blueberries in a crockpot. Add the maple syrup, lemon juice, and cinnamon. Gently stir to combine. 
  2. Cook on low for 6 hours, stirring occasionally. 
  3. Using an immersion blender, blend until your desired consistency. Serve warm or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
