Triple Berry Frozen Yogurt Bark

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Freeze Time: 3 hours

Yield: 6 servings

Ingredients:

  • ¾ cup Wyman’s Triple Berry mix, large berries halved
  • 1 ½ cups whole-milk plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:

  1. In a medium bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until combined. Spread onto a parchment lined baking sheet, about ¼” thick. Scatter the Wyman’s Triple Berry mix over the yogurt.
  2. Freeze for 3 hours or until firm. Break or cut the bark into pieces. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 months.
