Yield: 6 servings
Ingredients:
- ¾ cup Wyman’s Triple Berry mix, large berries halved
- 1 ½ cups whole-milk plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
- In a medium bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until combined. Spread onto a parchment lined baking sheet, about ¼” thick. Scatter the Wyman’s Triple Berry mix over the yogurt.
- Freeze for 3 hours or until firm. Break or cut the bark into pieces. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 months.
