Wild Blueberry Protein Oatmeal

Makes 1 serving

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup frozen Wyman’s Wild Blueberries
  • ½ cup (40g) rolled oats
  • ¼ cup non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • Toppings (optional):
  • Granola
  • Powdered peanut butter (PB2)
  • Chia pudding
  • Bee pollen
  • Whipped cream

Directions:

  1. Cook oats with water on the stovetop or microwave, according to package instructions.
  2. Once cooked, mix in the Greek yogurt until smooth. Then add the protein powder and mix again.
  3. Fold in the blueberries and top with your favorite toppings!
