Makes 1 serving
Ingredients:
- ½ cup frozen Wyman’s Wild Blueberries
- ½ cup (40g) rolled oats
- ¼ cup non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- Toppings (optional):
- Granola
- Powdered peanut butter (PB2)
- Chia pudding
- Bee pollen
- Whipped cream
Directions:
- Cook oats with water on the stovetop or microwave, according to package instructions.
- Once cooked, mix in the Greek yogurt until smooth. Then add the protein powder and mix again.
- Fold in the blueberries and top with your favorite toppings!
