Yield: 1 rice cake
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon Wyman’s Wild Blueberries, rinsed and drained
- 1 whole grain rice cake
- 2 tablespoons 0% fat plain Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon peanut butter
- honey, for drizzling
Directions:
- Spread the Greek yogurt over the rice cake. Top with Wyman’s Wild Blueberries, then drizzle peanut butter and honey on top.
