Wild Blueberry Rice Cake Snacks

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Yield:  1 rice cake

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon Wyman’s Wild Blueberries, rinsed and drained
  • 1 whole grain rice cake
  • 2 tablespoons 0% fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon peanut butter
  • honey, for drizzling

Directions:

  1. Spread the Greek yogurt over the rice cake. Top with Wyman’s Wild Blueberries, then drizzle peanut butter and honey on top.
