Yield: 4 servings
- Place the mango chunks, strawberries, maple syrup, water and brandy into a high speed blender or food processor and blend until smooth. This should take anywhere from 30 to 60 seconds.
- Spoon approximately 2 tbsp of the frozen mixture into a glass. Fill to the top with sparkling wine. Gently mix. Enjoy!
*For a non-alcoholic version, omit the brandy and sub a bottle of ginger ale for the sparkling wine!
